Brenyama music

Starting as an acoustic collaboration between Maki (Lead Vocals and Keyboards) and Richard (Guitar and Vocals) Brenyama has grown into a full band with an ever growing arsenal of catchy rock songs and sentimental ballads. Recorded with Alex Dacunha on Drums and Victor Maroun on bass, Brenyama’s newest release “Pop Fusion” EP has grown much notoriety locally and the hit tracks “Waiting For Godzilla” and “Just The Game” have gotten radio play cost to cost.

Fans of Brenyama rave about the originality and creativeness of the band comparing them to such act’s as The B52’s, John & Yoko, The Vaselines, and Shonen Knife to name a few. Brenyama draws influence from these artists as well as Classic rock such as The Beatles right up to 90’s alternative all while throwing in their own unique vibes into the mix.

Brenyama plans to promote their new EP “Pop Fusion” throughout 2013 playing at local clubs, open mics, and so on. Keep an eye out! After which plans for a full length album will begin for 2014 release.

Next show will be held Friday March 15th at Clash Bar in Clifton NJ. Doors 830PM 21+
