We are thrilled to bring you the premiere of the new track from  New York City-based indie alt-pop singer Anne Tello called Microphone.

Microphone is the third single from her debut full-length album, #ThinkDifferent. Tello recorded her debut album in NYC with producer Danny McBride and mentor Angelo “Doc” Velasquez (Mariah Carey, The Weeknd, Mary J Blige and Drake) of Out the Box Music Group/Universal Music Company. She plans to release her new album this fall.

Born in Palo Alto, Tello began studying classical Suzuki piano at age four and started working as a professional musician in her teens. She studied music theater at the New York University Tisch School of Arts CAP21 program, where she received the prestigious Martin Luther King, Jr. Scholarship. Influenced by major pop acts such as Joni Mitchell, Ingrid Michaelson and Rihanna, Tello began writing and recording her first album in October 2013 with Doc Velasquez.
