Watchin by De'Wayne Jackson ft. André PaxtonWatchin by De’Wayne Jackson ft. André Paxton

Spring, TX-based indie alt-hip-hop-rap artist De’Wayne Jackson has released a video for his new track “Watchin,” featuring André Paxton. The new track comes from Jackson’s new EP, Don’t Be Afraid, available now.

“De’Wayne explains the deliberate juxtaposition within the visuals – “Instead of having people watch us, through our phones or computers I wanted to give an experience of watching yourself. There’s a battle between good and evil. The red entity represents the devil in disguise, while the white represents everything positive and good trying to get through. For me personally there’s a constant struggle between both of these.””

I instantly fell in love with this new track – give it a listen and be sure to let me know what you think:
