Boston-based indie alt-pop-rock trio shallow pools are back with their newest track “Sinking,” the follow up to their previous/debut single, “It’s A You Thing” which was released earlier this summer. About the release of “Sinking”, the band states:

“’Sinking’ is about the struggles of dealing with anxiety and the challenges it brings on a daily basis. The song explores the fear of opening up to others and asking for help.”

shallow pools have been writing and performing together since 2016, and went through a name change recently, but truly feel more at sync with their new band name. Look for them to make a splash, not in the shallow end, but in the deep end, as they prepare to release their new EP this fall. Website | Facebook | Instagram@shallowpoolsMA
